Our patient 70 underwent bilateral breast augmentation over 40 years ago. She reports the implants feel hard and are causing pain. She is also unhappy with the drooping shape of her breasts. To address her concerns, we performed implants removal and breast auto-augmentation, using her natural breast tissue to achieve her desired breast contour.

Our patient 65 underwent subglandular saline breast augmentation 25 years ago. Her implants are now hard, painful, and no longer have a pretty shape. To retore her breast we removed previous saline implants and capsule, converted her to a silicone implant placed submuscular and performed breast lift or mastopexy. She is loving her new breasts!
