62-Year-Old Patient – Breast Implant Revision with Lift
This patient originally had saline implants placed in 2003. Two months before surgery, she noticed her right breast had suddenly deflated. At age 62, she was also experiencing natural age-related changes, including sagging of both breasts, and wanted a more youthful contour.
Her surgery included removal of the old saline implants, replacement with 340cc High Profile smooth round silicone implants, a breast lift, and targeted liposuction of the underarm area.
Her results show restored fullness, improved symmetry, and a lifted, natural look.

This 31-year-old patient underwent breast augmentation 10 years ago. After having two children, her breasts changed, increasing in size and asymmetry. Feeling her implants no longer matched her body, she requested removal and wanted to achieve a natural look using her own tissue. We performed implant removal combined with an auto-augmentation and breast lift, utilizing her own tissue to recreate a balanced, natural appearance. Our patient 65 underwent subglandular saline breast augmentation 25 years ago. Her implants are now hard, painful, and no longer have a pretty shape. To retore her breast we removed previous saline implants and capsule, converted her to a silicone implant placed submuscular and performed breast lift or mastopexy. She is loving her new breasts!
