Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)
Ear surgery, also known as otoplasty, can improve the shape, position or proportion of the ear. Otoplasty can correct a defect in the ear structure that is present at birth that becomes apparent with development or it can treat misshapen ears caused by injury. Ear surgery creates a natural shape, while bringing balance and proportion to the ears and face. Correction of even minor deformities can have profound benefits to appearance and self-esteem. If protruding or disfigured ears bother you or your child, you may consider plastic surgery

Neck Lift
A neck lift, or lower rhytidectomy, is a surgical procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the jawline and neck, such as: Excess fat and skin relaxation in the lower face that creates jowls Excess fatty deposits under the chin Loose neck skin Muscle banding in the neck, which created abnormal contours The loss of youthful contours in the face and neck can be due to a variety of factors, including heredity, gravity, environmental conditions, and stress. Some people feel they are not ready for a full facelift because the upper face is still pleasing. However, many patients will note excess wrinkling of the neck skin, a “turkey wattle” or double chin, and jowl lines. When the neck area doesn’t match the upper facial appearance, a neck lift may be a good solution. Rejuvenation procedures that can be performed in conjunction with a neck lift are: a brow lift, to correct a sagging or deeply furrowed brow, fat transfer, to add fullness to the lips and cheeks and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, or eyelid surgery, to rejuvenate aging eyes.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)
While the shape of your nose is usually the result of heredity, the appearance may have been altered in an injury or during prior surgery. Also known as rhinoplasty, surgery of the nose improves the appearance and proportion of your nose, enhancing facial harmony and self confidence. Surgery of the nose may also correct impaired breathing caused by structural abnormalities in the nose.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
First impressions come from the eyes. The eyelids and surrounding skin and muscle form our expressions. Even with a good night’s sleep, loose skin over the eyes or fat bags under the eyes can make you look tired, depressed or older than you years. Blepharoplasty can be both a functional and cosmetic surgical procedure intended to reshape the upper eyelid or lower eyelid. When an advanced amount of upper eyelid skin is present, the skin may hang over the eyelashes and cause a loss of peripheral vision. The outer and upper parts of the visual field are most commonly affected and the condition may cause difficulty with activities such as driving or reading. In this circumstance, upper eyelid blepharoplasty is performed to improve peripheral vision. Patients with a less severe amount of excess skin may have a similar procedure performed for cosmetic reasons. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is almost always done for cosmetic reasons, to improve puffy lower eyelid “bags” and reduce the wrinkling of skin.

Brow Lift
Browlift surgery can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads. A browlift is a procedure that restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the forehead area. The browlift procedure also corrects drooped eye brows and improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make a person appear angry, sad, or tired. In a browlift, the muscles and tissues that cause the furrowing or drooping are removed or altered to smooth the forehead, raise the eyebrows, and minimize frown lines. Upper Blepharoplasty is often combine with browlift for improved correction.

Facelift
If you’re feeling that your face no longer reflects your vibrant energy, a Deep Plane Facelift may be the answer. This advanced technique targets deeper structures to restore youthful contours and natural expressions. It is especially effective in addressing: Sagging cheeks and midface descent — lifted by repositioning deeper facial layers, not just skin. Hollowing or deep creases under the eyes — softened by lifting the midface and releasing tethering ligaments. Nasolabial folds and marionette lines — reduced by mobilizing the cheek fat pads and facial retaining ligaments. Displaced facial fat — restored to its natural position, giving a refreshed, not overdone look. Jowling and loss of jawline definition — corrected by lifting the SMAS layer and supporting deeper tissues. Neck laxity and double chin — improved through deep plane dissection and platysma repositioning. Can be combined with neck lift, eyelid surgery, or brow lift for total facial harmony.
